The Mehler FlexGuard Women's Soft Ballistic Panel is one-of-a-kind protection for women. It’s superbly lightweight and anatomically shaped to fit the contours of the female body, which makes it protection a woman can wear in comfort all day.

The panel is different from conventional ballistic panels for women because it is not formed by means of additional stitchwork on the panel. Instead, the panel itself is anatomically moulded to create a streamlined fit.

At only approximately 3.13^[1] kg/per sqm for VPAM 3^[2] and approximately 3.61^[1] kg/per sqm for SK1^[3], the Mehler FlexGuard Women's Soft Ballistic Panel is one of the lightest-weight soft ballistic panels available.

As with all Mehler Vario System ballistic products, the FlexGuard Women's Soft Ballistic Panel delivers top-of-the-line protection—and of that you can rest assured. Thanks to its special ballistic materials mixture and construction, the panel is guaranteed to withstand threats of up to VPAM 3 or SK1.

In addition, the panel can be upgraded with an anatomically formed shock absorber to reduce the wearer’s risk of trauma.

A perfect fit for all shapes and sizes.

Our commitment at Mehler Vario System is to make sure the ballistic-protection vest each female officer receives is perfectly fitted. Beyond offering a choice of multiple standard sizes, we also take additional measurements onsite in order to ensure that every vest is optimally fitted to the individual wearer.
